In this video I show you 3 ways on how to track text to a moving object in a video using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. The first method is manually key framing your text to an object in Premiere Pro. The Second shows you how to use the Tracker tool in After Effects. The Third way stays completely Premiere Pro the whole time and copies the positional path data from a motion tracked mask of an object and pastes it to the transform effect using the “Mask to Transform” extension by Kamil Pekala.
