Kinetic Text After Effects Tutorial – Animated Typography Techniques [NO PLUGINS]

Kinetic text or Animated typography is an After Effects skill set every motion designer needs.
This free animation tutorial will cover a range of techniques to produce dynamic animated typography inside Adobe After Effects step by step.

As well as standard layer animation we will use after effects range selectors to animate and layer different properties on a per word and per character basis. I will show you how to utilise null objects as easy to transform parents allowing big sweeping movements all timed to a voice over.

In the video I will be using some simple expressions scripts that you can easily copy and paste to use in any project, link below to download.
