Create a 3d shadowbox in Adobe After Effects. The basic idea is to make a window or portal where we can see an entire 3d world inside. It’s a kind of digital illusion that relies on track mattes. You’ll see this in digital card games like Marvel Snap, or other digital collectable projects like NFTs. This is a fun little project that I hope opens up a world of possibilities when you see how 3d layers, track mattes, and collapsed transformations combine to create otherworldly effects.
